  • - Emergency preparedness: Coordination and management of a preparedness project (€350K, 4 staff) focused on humanitarian access, context analysis, and local capacity building in a multi-risk environment in southern Madagascar
  • - Emergency response: Led the full operational response to Cyclone Gezani (€750K, 20 staff) — from rapid deployment to field coordination across cash assistance, MHPSS, and humanitarian logistics services
  • - Full project cycle management: End-to-end ownership from design and launch through implementation, closure, and evaluation — including operational planning, budget monitoring, donor reporting, and performance analysis
  • - Team management & HR: Recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of national and emergency staff across field and capital offices
  • - Humanitarian logistics: Operational support to the Atlas Logistique platform, coordinating warehousing, cold chain, and transport services for the humanitarian response
